Banned???!!!

I woke up this morning and was on the way to playing the game I have played for years now and loved. So I go on and I see that I have been banned forever I do nothing wrong I am a very peaceful played I have made many friends I dont know how I got banned HELP I need my account BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
